Welcome to your new favorite home-away-from-home here at Powder Eclipse! This newly built fully custom lodge has been completely designed and built with your vacation comfort in mind. Located in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor and in the highly popular Powder House Pass subdivision, the property is sure to make for an amazing Black Hills vacation full of adventure, relaxation, and enjoyment!

Powder Eclipse is a great option for guests looking for a perfect one-level property with an open floor plan, great for entertaining. The main living area is seamlessly connected to the large kitchen with kitchen island, dining area, and walk-out patio. Everything comes together for a great space to enjoy spending time with your company. The well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals during your visit, and there's seating around the kitchen island for friends to gather. The living area has a flat-screen TV along with a gas fireplace, along with a wall full of windows with a peaceful forest setting. From the living/dining room, there is a walk out partially covered patio complete with a gas grill for those Summer meals outside, an outdoor table for 6 and a hot tub under the stars! There are 3 total bedrooms all on the one level, along with 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. One of the best parts is the multi-use oversized 2-car garage with another fridge, TV, darts board, and seating area.

Outside you'll love the longer driveway with room for trucks/trailers, and you're within walking distance to both the overflow parking area, and the local Powder House Pass clubhouse complete with a heated pool, pool table, and shuffleboard! You can be on the ATV and snowmobile trails within minutes from the property and ride to your hearts desire!

Deadwood is just 15 minutes away, and taxi's do service the area, if you're looking for some great nightlife at the casino, restaurants, or one of the fun-filled events scheduled year-around. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon with rim-rock canyon walls is just a 10 minute drive where you can enjoy some great fly fishing for trout, a hike, or take in the multiple waterfalls. Within just an hour drive, you can also be enjoying Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Black Elk Peak, Keystone, Mount Rushmore, or even taking in the beauty of Devils Tower! The location is centralized within so many fun activities the Black Hills have to offer.

We loved staying here during our yearly ski trip. It was very clean and accomodated all of our needs. It was uniquely different than any other cabin we have stayed in but that is part of the fun!

The location was gorgeous, house was very clean and the layout worked perfectly for us (master bedroom and additional bedrooms on opposite sides of the house). Close to skiing, restaurants, gambling, shopping but far enough out to feel secluded. Owners were very pleasant, easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our four night stay! They had a fully stocked house which is greatly appreciated. We were able to go grocery shopping and make all meals at the house. The back patio area with the fire pit and hot tub was much appreciated with kids! We will be back!

We had a decent sized group of friends gathering for fun and a costume party, and this cabin made an awesome landing pad for all the people and activities. The kitchen space was central and amazing, there was ample sleeping space for all, and the garage was the perfect additional space for activities!

The home was very nice, and had a peaceful back deck area. Great location! The only minor negative, was that the community pool/rec. area was small and over-run. Loud and chaotic in the afternoon and evenings.

We had a terrific time during our stay. The home was beautiful and in great condition. Only one thing I think we all missed was soap for the showers; other than that all of the utensils and cooking ware needed was there. It was clean and comfortable.

The house was clean, orderly and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, convenient to a grocery store and an excellent shooting off place for sightseeing and hiking.
