It's located in the very popular Powder House Pass development that's in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to ATV/Snowmobile trails, skiing at Terry Peak, minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes into Deadwood (taxi's service the area) and an hour away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and more! Snowmobile Trail #5 is just down the hill from the property and easily accessible in the winter months right from the property. You'll love the fully paved roads to the property and long driveway, hi-speed 1 Gig internet, good cellular phone coverage and easy parking. You'll also have access to the PHP community clubhouse which includes a heated pool that's open all year long, a larger pool area that's available in the summer months, and a game room inside the clubhouse with a shuffleboard and pool table! You can't find these amenities anywhere else in the Black Hills!

As you enter the property, you're greeted with a large open concept kitchen, living and dining room along with a vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows framing out the view of Terry Peak! There's room for up to 17 people to sit around the kitchen island and dining room table making it great to gather for holiday meals! There's 2 bedrooms on the main level, including the master as well as a large mud room. The kitchen area walks out to the covered deck with a gas grill and has incredible views of the surrounding Black Hills that you'll never forget!

The lower level of the property boasts over 2200 sq. ft. of space with a large family room that includes a garage door out to the covered patio with hot tub! It's a wonderful gathering place with an indoor/outdoor theme. There's 3 more bedrooms on the lower level as well. One of the best parts, there's a custom built theater room on the lower level with a large TV, comfortable seating, and loads of room! Put your favorite movie on and enjoy a relaxing night with your friends!

Upstairs, there's another bedroom along with a custom built bar and lounge area with a walk-out to another deck, with the highest and best view from the property. You'll have a view from almost every place on the property!

The oversized 2 car garage also provides ample space for your vehicles, ATVs, Snowmobiles, motorcycles, or other vehicles you decide to bring and enjoy the area. There's ample space to park your vehicles and trailers in the driveway as well and the paved road makes the property very convenient for all styles of vehicles.

We had a great time bringing 5 families together. Great location. Room for all. Lots of space we didn’t use. The 2 laundry rooms were nice and will have us packing less if we visit again. Our only negative feedback is that the kitchen could use some bigger pots and pans for a space intended to host more a large amount of people. There was one crock pot but we will bring an additional one next time. A large griddle would be nice, too. We did appreciate the 2 fridges and large pantry to keep the kitchen uncluttered. Beautiful home!

We loved the living areas on each floor along with the deck on each floor facing the west. The home was spotless and was located in a convenient location for attractions. The pools were a bit of a walk but were super clean and had seating for shade and sun. Off the kitchen, there was a roomy walk-in pantry (with a door) and sufficient room to store extra food. The views from the deck during the sunset were amazing. The kids enjoyed the theater for some down time. There was plenty of table/counter space for game playing and meals. The upper living area had a separate beverage area as well. The communication between us and the rental manager were very timely. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.
