Welcome to a new this newly built lodge in Powder House Pass aptly named Jubilation! This brand new 6 bedroom custom property has been designed and built with your vacation comfort in mind - from the floor plan, to the furnishings, the garage size, driveway, patio and hot tub, it has everything you could ask for! Located in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor close to ATV/snowmobile trails, this lodge is sure to make your Black Hills vacation the best it can be!

As you walk through the front foyer at Jubilation, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining area and open kitchen area all come together for a great space for entertaining or enjoying your company. The living room has a fireplace accented with ship-lap up to the vaulted ceiling above and full of windows and natural light. There's a TV in the main living room, along with plenty of seating. The open kitchen has plenty of space to cook meals, and large island to gather around. The kitchen walks-out to to one of the covered patios complete with an outdoor table set and gas grill. There's also a 7 person hot tub on the patio! The main level has 2 large bedrooms on the main level each having their own private bathroom. There's also a laundry room on the main level, and the 3 car garage has 1,000 sq. ft. of space for parking vehicles and ATVs. As you head up to the second level, you'll love the additional 4 bedrooms on the upper level one of which has it's own private bathroom, two of the bedrooms upstairs are connected with a jack-n-jill style walkthrough bathroom, and the 4th just across the hall from a full bathroom. There's also an additional bonus room above the garage great for a private area for your guests or kids room!

Outside you'll find a nice driveway that can fit trucks with trailers, and great proximity to the local clubhouse where you'll have access to a heated pool, fire table and game room with pool table and newly added larger outdoor pool that's available in the summer months! You can easily take the couple minute walk over to the clubhouse through the subdivision and likely see wildlife on your short walk. There are snowmobile trails that can be accessed on the edge of the subdivision, and ATV trails that can be easily accessed on a short ride down Rochford road that you can connect with miles and miles of off-road fun!

Deadwood is just 15 minutes away and there are taxi's that do service the area if you're looking to take in a concert, gamble, enjoy some great food or just walk the historic main street. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon is just 10 minutes away as well, with its amazing fly fishing, hiking, and just taking in the beauty of the rim-rock canyon walls and local waterfalls. In about an hour drive, you can also be enjoying larger attractions like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake or Devils Tower. The location of the property is perfectly centralized between so many fun things to do during your vacation.

The house was perfect for our needs -- 14 people for three nights. It wasn't a big problem for us, but the ROKU TV leaves a lot to be desired: no NFL football without paying a subscription. The master bath shower has a "soft spot" near the drain on the floor, which wasn't a problem for us (unless you are buying this house), but will become one eventually. Only other annoying thing was the lack of much street signage for this very new development. Otherwise, great house in a great location!

Our extended family of 16 enjoyed this wonderful space for the week. Our four kids, their spouses, and our 6 grandchildren were more than comfortable with sleeping space for us all and kitchen and eating space that allowed us to truly live life together. We were able to make all of our meals there to maximize our time as a family. The availability of the gas grill added to our cooking options. The double washer and dryer was another welcomed extra feature. The community pool was a great hit for us all at the end of our days. The close proximity to many hiking trails and to Mount Rushmore and Rapid City allowed us many options for activities for all age groups. The home was in a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood setting.

A wonderful weekend with the entire family. The house was spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to satisfy all the teenage granddaughters. The hot tub at the house and the pools at the club were a daily hit.

Overall, we had a great time! We had 3 families with children meet from out of state for a weekend to spend time together. We used the games in the house, the fire table, hot tub, and the community pool. We utilized the kitchen for almost every meal as well and it had everything we needed. The location of the house was close to some really short hikes to waterfalls that our kids enjoyed.
Our only complaints were the lack of curtains in the master bedroom and with all the construction around, there were some friendly mice living on the back patio so had to make sure doors were closed right away. Some suggestions would be to include a baby gate for the stairs and pack and play sheets.

Again, we had a wonderful time and hope to be back in future years!
