Look no further, you've found your perfect Black Hills lodge at the Boeren Huis! This brand new 4,000 sq. ft. custom-built lodge is a 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathrooms spacious property with an open floor plan great for entertaining and the best amenities in the area. Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this custom-built property has been completely designed from the ground up to give you enough space to spread out and enjoy your Black Hills vacation!

The Boeren Huis is complete with 3 levels and as soon as you enter the property on the main level you're greeted with an inviting modern and open living area, kitchen and dining area. The custom fireplace is great for kicking your feet up during those cool nights and enjoying your company and there's a 72 Inch TV in both the main level and lower-level living room. The living area also walks out on the covered deck with a gas grill. The dining table has seating for 8, and the kitchen island has additional seating as well. There's two bedrooms on the main level as well! Upstairs you'll have two more bedrooms each with private bathrooms! Each bedroom in the lodge has a 55" TV as well!

The lower level is just as amazing as well and complete with a full wet bar, second full-sided fridge and dishwasher, open seating area and two TVs! There's also a pac-man game great for kids. There's an additional two more bedrooms on the lower level. The living area walks out onto the covered patio with a 6 - 7 person hot tub.

There's also an oversized 2 car garage which provides ample space for your vehicles, ATVs, Snowmobiles, motorcycles, or other vehicles you decide to bring and enjoy the area. The road leading up to the property is fully paved, and the driveway is also paved. There's some room to park a trailer or two and several vehicles.

The property is located in the very popular Powder House Pass development that's in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to ATV/Snowmobile trails, skiing at Terry Peak, minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes into Deadwood, and an hour away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and more! Snowmobile Trail #5 is even situated at the edge of the property! You'll love the fully paved roads to the property, hi-speed internet, good cellular phone coverage and easy parking. You'll also have access to the PHP community clubhouse which includes a heated pool that's open all year long, a new larger pool area open in the summer months, and a game room inside the clubhouse with a shuffleboard and pool table! You can't find these amenities anywhere else in the northern Black Hills!

This was our 11th vacation in the Black Hills with all of my family in March so the grandkids can ski. We have stayed in six different houses and we were happiest with Boeren Huis.

The house was perfect for our family. There were plenty of beds, which were incredibly comfortable along with the pillows, and plenty of room to spread out. We were out and about most of the time, but I think the kids would have preferred more time at the house. They enjoyed the lower level with the game console and the bunk beds. The house was really clean too and came with starter laundry detergent, dish detergent, TP, and soap, which was nice because we got in late. We had no complaints about the house. Everybody in our group loved it. I'd move in if given the opportunity. I highly recommend.

Boeren Huis was great for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom worked great for each family. The open floor plan worked well and the teens liked the lower level with access to the hot tub. The hosts were responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. The location is fantastic with access to a main road.
