We've stayed in multiple cabin throughout the Black Hills and this is easily our favorite. Everyone in our group said they would stay here next time. Everything was clean and cozy. All supplies were there for our weeklong stay. We've stayed other places that provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week of 10 people. Not here! There were plenty of supplies and extra towels. We never had to contact property management because everything worked well and was in great condition. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a family Christmas with ages 20 - 84. It was a wonderful surprise to walk in to the home which was very tastefully decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. The house was spacious with two bedrooms on the main floor, which was great for the 80 year olds, and two living room areas which was nice for the younger crew to hang out downstairs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (probably the best of all the vacation rentals we have stayed in, including bar items). The house was VERY clean and well maintained with high end finishes. The hot tub was a fun gathering each night after days of skiing. The location is perfect for people visiting Terry Peak and is in a scenic area. Being across the street from the community center and pool was an added bonus.

This was our second time staying in the Powder House Pass development and we'd come back again! It was a great house and laid out perfectly for 3 families. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. The house was well stocked and in a great location.
