This brand new 5,000 sq. ft. custom-built lodge is a 6-bedroom, 5 bathroom amazing property with one of the best views of Terry Peak and other surrounding hills in the area. Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this custom-built property has been completely designed from the ground up to give you enough space to spread out and enjoy your Black Hills vacation!

It's located in the very popular Powder House Pass development that's in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to ATV/Snowmobile trails, skiing at Terry Peak, minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes into Deadwood, and an hour away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and more! Snowmobile Trail #5 is even situated at the edge of the property! You'll love the fully paved roads to the property, hi-speed 1 Gig internet, good cellular phone coverage and easy parking. You'll also have access to the PHP community clubhouse which includes a heated pool that's open all year long, a larger pool area that will be available in the summer months, and a game room inside the clubhouse with a shuffleboard and pool table! You can't find these amenities anywhere else!

The Summit on Dancing Sky is a zero-entry lodge with no steps into the main level, making it suitable for everyone in your group. The main level is complete with a mud room, vaulted great room with incredible views of the surrounding hills and Terry Peak and a cozy fireplace, an open well-stocked kitchen with a 9' x 5' kitchen island, and two masters on the main level! There's also a window-filled sunroom that just adds to the incredible Black Hills views from the property! The large deck with a gas grill will also blow you away with the surrounding views and make it a wonderful place to gather with your friends/family and enjoy the amazing location.

The lower level also just adds to this amazing lodge - it's complete with a lower-level great room with a foosball table and pool table! There's a wet bar as well, and the walk-out patio leads to the 10+ person hot tub with a view! There's also a big-screen TV with Direct TV and Rec. room making the lower level a perfect place for entertainment that everyone can enjoy.

The oversized 3 car garage also provides ample space for your vehicles, ATVs, Snowmobiles, motorcycles, or other vehicles you decide to bring and enjoy the area. There's ample space to park your vehicles and trailers in the driveway as well and the paved road makes the property very convenient for all styles of vehicles.

Our family loved the location, space and everything about this beautiful home. I especially appreciated the faith touches in the decor and book of Psalms in my favorite room, the sunroom. My only regret is the impending blizzard/storm robbing us of 15 hours to relax and enjoy Christmas dinner, evening and coffee the next morning prior to scheduled departure. Would highly recommend this vacation rental.

This property is amazing. We had a large group of family come over for gatherings and at no point did we feel crowded. High ceilings upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of seating, and a beautiful kitchen with a huge island for prep. Plenty of parking for cars and trailers. We will definitely have this on our list to stay again.
Clean, airy and modern. The view is spectacular with beautiful windows. Coffee on the porch in the mornings and drinks on the porch at night are a must.

We travel to the Black Hills every Fall with my family. We stay in different cabins/areas and this was by far the best one we have stayed in! Beautiful views, very clean and well laid out home, in a convienent area! Only thing I’d suggest is adding shower glass to the huge tiled showers. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home!!

What a beautiful get away for a belated family Christmas. Home was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, and activities to do in the house, and close by. We had children, so we enjoyed sledding, skiing, and snowmobiling. Hot tub was also a fun activity. We made all of our meals there, nice kitchen. We could never get the coffee maker to work correctly. And we are a big coffee drinking crew. So we went and bought pods as there is a drip and pod coffee maker there. I would bring pods, the drip coffee maker we could never get to work properly. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a great time at this location. The open floorplan provided enough space for everyone to visit and the location was convenient to local attractions. One downside is that there is only one bathroom for the two bunk rooms and one king room in the lower level. Those staying in those rooms had to share or use the bathrooms upstairs or in the other king bedroom downstairs. Overall, we would stay there again.

This home was wonderful, from the moment you drive up it is gorgeous! When walking into the home, it has beautiful views, inside and out! The home has so many windows which makes it so nice to take in the beauty of the outdoor scenery. We had family come from Idaho, Minnesota, and Eastern South Dakota....from 4 months old to 60 years old, it accommodated us all. It was a very comfortable home, and allowed enough room for everyone to be entertained, whether by sitting at the table playing cards, or downstairs playing pool, or sitting out in the hottub, or out front on the driveway playing was just so nice.

Great place for 9 people, everyone had their own bedroom. There was somthing for everyone, pool table, foos ball, community pool & hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some (insta pot and crock pot, didn't use either). The huge island was a great hang out place for everyone to gather for coffee in the am and a glass of wine in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we travel back to the area.
