Welcome to our new favorite vacation townhome near the heart of Spearfish and close to many restaurants, festivals, breweries and more. Less than a mile from the Main Street in Spearfish, you could easily walk or ride a bike down to do many fun local attractions. You're also less than 1/2 miles from Black Hills State University for easy proximity to the University and other events like Basketball, Football, and other attractions. You're also just an hour away from the beautiful Devils Tower National Park!

Inside you're greeted with an open living/dining/kitchen area that's great for entertaining and gathering together with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your vacation enjoyment. There's a big-screen TV in the living room and the kitchen walks out onto the patio with a seating area. There's one full bedroom on the main level with an attached bathroom, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs you'll enjoy a seating area with a table, that can be converted to a bumper pool table. There's 3 more bedrooms on the upper level as well. There's also a 2 stall garage great for your vehicles, a paved driveway, and street parking available.

We had a total of six people that stayed at this house and there was still room to spare.
We had a few questions when we arrived and Paula was prompt to return our call. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

We had 4 adults and 5 teens/young adultsin our group. With the loft area upstairs, the kids had their own space to hangout. The owner responds quickly to inquiries. There was a doe with two babies that hung out in the backyard. The home is conveniently located near a main road, providing easy access.

This worked perfect for our families stay. We were at a wedding and we’re able to stay together. Had a little trouble getting in- just an fyi- after you punch in code- hit “lock” then pull door toward you and handle up. It sticks- other than getting in- everything else was nice! (4 stars for tricky door-should have better instructions if there’s a sticky door).

We were totally unaware an additional charge would be made on our credit card if we booked through VRBO. We signed the contract through Black Hills Adventure Lodging and expected to pay only the amount in the contract.

Check in was easy, attached garage with remote nice feature, close to main streets and highways, comfortable beds, instruction book not quite accurate, sharing bathrooms took some maneuvering, nice open living space, kitchen amenities were great, iron & ironing board were nice for wedding prep.

My family stayed at this property for Christmas. We thought it was spacious, comfortable and clean. We really liked how there was an empty garage which made it easy to get in and out. A 10 out of 10! Super good management to work with superb customer service. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Convenient location.

We rented the house so we could attend my youngest daughter‘s graduation from BHSU.
The house was beautiful and located so close to the college campus that we were able to walk there. Beautiful scenery and many great sites to see
