We rented the Ridgewood home for a family gathering. We normally stay in the Hill City area but we had family staying in this same development. We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for our family. When we arrived, it was very warm. House was cooled and spotless clean. The weather changed quickly and we woke up to snow one morning. The fireplace hadn't been on for the season so we contacted the management company. They came over on a Saturday and got the fireplace working. My daughter had to deal with a work emergency and needed to fly out on the day of our departure. I contacted the management and they accommodated a late check out for her. It was a great home and was reasonably priced. We would absolutely rent this home again.

This property was a perfect fit for our large group of 15. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the deck was great for morning coffee. Budi was great with answering any questions. Would highly recommend this property, looking forward to coming back!

Have been renting a home with this company for six or seven years. It is perfect for our large family and our stay is always enjoyable. If I had any complaints at all over the years it would just be that there is never enough garbage bags,paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. I would love to say doing dishes was only a once a day job but even on vacation it has to be done at least twice a day- we always run out of pods and dish soap, as well as garbage bags. For a large group and I’ve a holiday like Christmas I would think there would be a better supply of these items. Other than this our stay was so much fun and would highly recommend! Thank you!
