We stayed with our kids and another family/friends. The place was clean and perfect for our families. Kids enjoyed the activities/games. We would totally stay here again. We skied at Terry Peak which it’s so close to and went down to Deawood which is also close. We will be back.

This home was very clean and a great location. The host was a great communicator. Loved the deck off the the dining room, well stocked kitchen and comfy seats in the living room! Also, was close to the beautiful pool area!

We really loved Placer Place! With 8 adults and 2 kids, it met all our needs.

Our group of ladies had been coming to the Black Hills for several years, we cube for a week of quilting, sewing, laughter and relaxation. This house was perfect for us. Ample room to set up machines, great kitchen for cooking. The beds were comfy and the house was cozy in the day it snowed. While this house is big enough to sleep a lot more, the 4 of us found it perfect for our needs. This house would be perfect for a large family or several couples.

We stayed with family for a side by side trip. Plenty of room to unload. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. Check in was a breeze. Lots of room and loved the option of the half baths for the number of people we had. Beautiful place!
