Luxury and spacious - what more could you ask for! This newly built lodge is custom built, furnished and located in
the ideal location within the highly popular Powder House Pass subdivision. This lodge has over 4000 sq. ft with a huge outdoor deck and covered patio, large main level living room and lower level family room, kitchen, dining room, hot tub and more! This unique and spacious lodge will be the perfect gathering place for your group to enjoy the Beautiful Black Hills.

Good life Lodge will wow you at the very first sight of it. Beautifully located within the trees on Dancing Sky Lane within Powder House Pass subdivision, it's fully paved to the property and has a U-shaped driveway making it easy for trailers to drive right through. As you enter the Great Room, which is very spacious with 2-levels of windows, is a vaulted area that includes the kitchen, dining and living room. There's a large kitchen island great for entertaining around as well. The beautiful modern fireplace has a 75" TV above with a large living area perfect for larger groups. The kitchen has been carefully furnished to provide everything you will need to be able to cook together and the pantry is stocked with additional cooking appliances. The main floor also features three bedroom suites. The walk-out lower level of the lodge is spacious and includes a family room with another 75" TV, well-stocked bar area with a second full sized fridge, laundry, and 3 additional bedroom suites. The oversized 2 stall garage is a perfect gathering/entertainment space as well and great for storing your ATVs and snowmobiles.

The huge upper deck is accessed from the Great Room/dining room just off the kitchen. There's comfortable outdoor seating to take in the private view as well! On the lower patio there's a large covered hot tub perfect for relaxing after those long days exploring. The lower level patio also walks right into the lower-level bar area making it a great area to entertain.

Good Life Lodge couldn't be in a more perfect location, being part of the popular Powder House Pass Development , yet in a private area that borders the beautiful forest. It's also just down the road from the snowmobile trail that runs through the subdivision. The lodge is only 15 minutes from Deadwood and there's taxi service to/from the property, and you will have high-speed internet, cellular service, and easy parking. This area is a favorite because of its beauty, its central location, and its easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails. Guests are also invited to use the beautiful Community Room, Clubhouse, and pools that's all within 1/2 mile of the property. There's an outdoor heated pool open all year, and a larger outdoor pool that's open in the Summer months all at the community clubhouse. There's also a game room, and gas firepit! Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Black Elk Peak and more are all within 1 hour from the lodge as well!

The downstairs with multiple bunk beads, access to the hot tub, TV and sectional furniture provided a space for all 9 kids to be away from adults and vs. Everyone gets along in our of 20 but space separating generations is great.

This was our homebase while we explored deadwood, Mount Rushmore, bear country, and reptile gardens.
Very spacious and extremely comfortable for everyone. Full bathroom attached to each bedroom was awesome. Everyone complimented how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Beautiful pine trees surrounding the property. Would love to come back to this place.

Wonderful to come back to a clean, cool, beautiful house at the end of a long day of trail riding! Only negative would be the limited supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in baths. This is something that IS supplied in hotels (and other VRBOs that we have stayed in) so should also be supplied when paying good money for a vacation home. Only had three towels and one washcloth in our bathroom so had to do laundry daily. Otherwise had everything we needed.

This home was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation! We had adult children and even one two-month old great-grandbaby traveling with us, and this house gave everyone their own quiet, private space along with comfortable family gathering options where our entire family could easily hang out, play games, and enjoy our time together. The house is clean, well-appointed, and we received an immediate response when the hot tub wasn’t warming up. It was an easy fix, and we fully enjoyed all of the amenities the house had to offer, including the pool complex, outdoor gas fire pit, and massive hot tub. This house is also in close proximity to hiking and key local attractions. The view off the deck is incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience for our family of 28---6 big bedrooms (all king beds!) for each couple, and a big space with 6 double bunk beds for the 13 grandkids---wonderful kitchen, both decks were favorite congregating spots. It's spacious and the common areas can get noisy with our boisterous family, but the beds were very comfortable, a bathroom for each family was wonderful, and the kitchen was extremely well-furnished with everything we needed for cooking. No "lawn space" and we did need to drive (not far) to the pools/community building area (walking to that area would not have worked with the ages of our grandkids) but that was just fine. It was just a wonderful space for us all!

The Good Life Lodge is beautiful. It is perfect for a large group. We loved the King beds in each room. The hot tub is extra large for a group. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cooking utensils. This home gets a five star from us and we'd love to come back again. It is the cleanest rental we've ever been to. We also appreciated being only 2 miles from Terry Peak. Brandon was very helpful and amazing to work with!

This was our third year at The Good Life Lodge, and as in years past we were not disappointed! The home has everything you need, comfortable beds to spacious living spaces! We cooked two meals a day and had all the needed equipment as well as the space for everyone to eat! This is a wonderful home! Our grandkids call this “our house”!

We all had a very wonderful time in the black hills. We were able to have 24 out of 27 of our family join us for our 45th anniversary get away. This property was beautiful and beautifully decorated yet not overly decorated. We didnt have to worry the younger ones were going to break things! Even a couple of the teen grandchildren asked if this could be an annual thing! We were happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Annual ski trip with family and friends.
This home had all the features needed for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen was stocked well with all the necessary amenities for cooking for 20 plus people! I loved the fact too that each family had their own bathroom to use. The double washer and dryer were a plus as well!

We stayed here with 4 families and it was perfect! The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything was better than we could have anticipated! Comfortable, clean, and spacious! We all had our own suite, the kids took over the basement bunks and loved every minute of it! It never felt crowded. We will FOR SURE be booking this property again! Thank you!
