Description

Tucked into the pines of Powder House Pass just outside of Lead, this spacious three-level home offers everything your group needs for an unforgettable Black Hills getaway. With a long driveway that easily accommodates trucks and trailers, a heated two-stall garage, and a stunning wraparound Trex deck complete with a gas grill and hot tub, the comfort starts before you even step inside.

The open-concept main level brings everyone together with a flowing living, dining, and kitchen space designed for easy entertaining. Two bedrooms on this level include one with a private ensuite, giving your group flexible sleeping arrangements right at the heart of the home.

Head upstairs to the loft game room where the fun continues — challenge your crew to a foosball tournament or kick back and catch a movie. When you're ready to unwind, make your way down to the lower level, where a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV sets the perfect mood for quiet evenings, along with a ping pong table to keep things lively. Two additional bedrooms on this level offer plenty of private space for larger groups.

And when you're ready to get out and explore, your stay includes access to the community clubhouse — featuring two pools, a fire pit, and a game room that takes the fun well beyond your doorstep.

Whether you're here for skiing at nearby Terry Peak, riding the trails, or simply soaking in the beauty of the Black Hills, this retreat checks every box.
