This house was perfect with plenty of space for 14 people! It was very clean and the rooms were a decent size. We really enjoyed the hot tub and used the grill to cook on. The big table in the kitchen is where we spent a lot of time. We enjoyed having a dishwasher and a washer a d dryer to use. The soap was provided! The only minor complaints we had was there wasn’t a lot of hot water for us to shower and we had to stagger showers and there wasn’t enough toilet paper for us.

We had a great time staying at this property. A very clean, very spacious home with lots of room both indoors and out. We also loved the location being just a couple miles from entertainment in Deadwood. A great access spot for the entirety of the Black Hills. We would absolutely recommend this location and we hope to be back for future stays.

Also went to Rush Mountain one day. That was a little drive to get there but the grandkids loved it!!! Would stay here again if we come to the Black Hills again.

The kids enjoyed the play set out back also.

Location was great too. Grab-A-Cab service to and from the house was fast and appreciated so we could go in to Deadwood without unhooking our trailers.

Would recommend this house to large groups and would stay here again.

We had plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed the basement, hot tub and bar area downstairs. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely return to this cabin in the summer to utilize all of the outdoor space.

Beautiful VRBO that was perfect for our needs! Very close and easy to get to from Deadwood. There was a large group of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. Rapid City was only an hour away and plenty to do there during the day. This VRBO was everything thing that was advertised and will be our go to place the next time we visit. We will highly recommend this VRBO to any of our peeps venturing to the deadwood/Rapid City area.

The house worked out great. The location is great. We had a mountain experience, but only a very short drive to Deadwood. The home is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. It has ample parking for trailers. We will be back again!

We gathered with family and spent 4 nights in this wonderful house. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Our group members included a wide range of ages. The main bathroom has a walk in shower which helpful for great Grandma. The fire pit was very nice. We all enjoyed the beautiful large deck on the main level and walk out deck on the lower level. The playset outside was great for kids.
We originally were looking for a rental a little closer to Hill City but overall very happy with the design and layout of this house for our group and glad we found this one.

Contacted the Black Hills Adventure Agent but she would not call me back or come out & look at the problem. Reached out to her on day two but would not call & talk. More disappointed the way agent handled our issues then the stay at house. House has a fun private & wild life location. The house has a number of great features.

Most of the time, they were right on the mowed/tall grass property line. The time of year we went, we were also lucky enough to see several baby deer with their mamas. One morning, a baby came and went through the play set in the backyard! We went to the 76 museum, and several lakes in the area, as well as a outdoor concert in downtown Deadwood. All very cool, fun things to do! We loved our stay.

Our stay near Deadwood was marvelous. The house was clean, well equipped & just perfect for our group. We found it to be everything the ad described & more. Only 4 miles from Deadwood, made it so convenient. We would definitely book again if we are in the area.

We loved the house lots of room for out group! Only complaint was The TVs were not easy to figure out and the one on the deck didn't work. But it was a perfect location close to town but also secluded.

Absolutely great! Perfect place for the family to relax and play. Be careful driving off road vehicles south on the gravel road. Was just taking my 2 and 4 year old for a relaxing ride, and got attacked by one of the residents. Apparently we were trust passing in a “private development”.
