Come relax into this new beautiful vacation home known as Pine View Haus. This amazing cabin is located in the popular Powder House Pass subdivision which includes access to the local clubhouse with heated pool, located on all paved roads, and great access to the local trail systems in the area that are adjacent to the subdivision and offer unrivaled convenience to jumping on the ATV/snowmobile trails for a day of fun! Terry Peak is just a short 5-10 minute drive, Deadwood is only 15 minutes and does have taxi service to the cabin, and Spearfish Canyon is only 10 minutes away! You're also only a one hour drive away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, and more! With such great proximity to local attractions, you'll enjoy all the fun things to see and do nearby. Walk out your door and enjoy hiking, biking, snowmobiling and ATVing without having to worry about hooking up your trailer to find a trailhead!

After adventuring all day, coming home to your very own Black Hills cabin is sure to make a lasting impression. Enjoy the wildlife from the 7-person hot tub, endless starry skies from the wrap-around deck, or just take in the surrounding beauty as you relax for the weekend. Inside the cabin you'll find an amazing open concept great for entertaining or enjoying meals together. The large amount of windows in the living area is great for bringing in natural light while you sit around the stone fireplace or enjoy watching the game on the flat-screen TV. The loft includes a foosball table, another TV, and two twin beds. The lower level also includes another living area with a sofa, rock fireplace, ping pon table, and TV for those movie nights in. All 4 TVs include DISH TV for those wanting to stay connected as well! You also get access to the oversized 2 stall garage and large driveway great for trailers full of your favorite vehicles. Perfect for our family of 12 including our son who uses a manual wheelchair. Two small steps in from the garage to get him up and then the main floor was accessible. Even though the main bath wasn't necessarily accessible, he was able to use it just fine.

Only suggestion would be to do something about the temperature difference between the main floor and basement. What was a comfortable temp on the main floor was prob 10 degrees cooler in the basement.

We would definitely rent this cabin again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A nice relaxing get away. Just a few suggestions we have are...provide aluminum foil, saran wrap, and more dishwasher pods and cooking spray in the kitchen. Have kleenex in all the bathrooms and make sure the soap is filled.

The house was great. The property manager fixed the one issue we had with a broken coffee pot within an hour or two of notifying him. The only thing we would have liked to find was a radio in the house. We would definitely stay again.

We had 4 couples in the house plus one more stay in the loft area. The overall space was great for the number of people we had. The location wasn’t far from many of the attractions in the Lead/Deadwood area.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at the Pine View Haus. Easy to book and with direct booking you avoid the fees associated with the big rental companies. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice deck to relax on and hot tub was great. Some of the downfalls we noticed is the wifi is not good. Needs drapes in loft and master bedroom. Light in summer shines early. Also hard to regulate temp. If A/C was on the basement was freezing and if off the upstairs was hot. Also our shower head in master bathroom did not work well. Would definitely stay again though and would not hesitate to recommend Black Hills Adventure Lodging.

Great location! close to the slopes, Deadwood and just an hour drive to Mount Rushmore. Lots of roads to take a walk and not feel like you are going to get run over. The deck was a great place to hang out after all our activities. My grandson loved the loft, that was his man cave. Lots of space for everyone.

The Pine View Haus was nice! A lot of traffic going by, plus the construction in the area was a bit much. The home was clean and very comfortable. The garbage really needed to be picked up from the curb all the way around the housing development.

The property was clean and located a short walk from the accomodated 3 families well. Because we had several toddlers, some gates on the stairs would have been nice. Outdoor trash can was 3/4 full when we arrived and overflowing by the time we left. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables, and the kids loved the heated pool at clubhouse.

The Pine Haus community along with the home we stayed in was outstanding! We had a group of 10 with kids and it was laid out perfectly! We had a family vacation with 12 people (7 adults/5 kids) We did bring a blow up bed for the kids to sleep together in the loft as there were only 2 twins up there. Worked great for us. The kids all loved the room they had to play. I do think a pack n play, baby gates and a high chair would be helpful to have available. Management was great to replace a broken toaster for us. Beds were very nice/comfortable. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. We brought bikes and the driveway and road were great for their riding. No yard to play (all rock) or playground nearby. Would my have liked the pool/club house a bit more convenient. It was about 2 blocks away. All-in-all the house is beautiful. We all learned what kid friendly things to look for next time if traveling with kids.

Our family enjoyed this spacious cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our outdoor activities and we enjoyed a night in town at Deadwood just a few miles down the road. The host was in contact with us and very friendly.

A spacious beautiful house in the black hills! It fit 10 people comfortably. It had all the amenities that you would need in the kitchen! The hot tub was super warm and amazing! The cab company recommended in the area was more than helpful with ideas of things to do in both lead and Deadwood! The community house/pool/game area was super helpful and kind! 10/10 we will be recommending this to anyone staying in the area! The only issue we had was snow removal in the drive way.

We had a great time here for our Girl's Weekend Getaway! The rental was very clean and very spacious and also very well stocked. The property manager was very easy to communicate with also. We would definitely rent this place again!

Very clean, newer cabin. Perfect home base for your northern hills adventure. Only a few miles south of Lead and very convenient. With the 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, in addition to the loft, it was very easy for the 7 of us to spread out. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was absolutely amazing and we definitely will return in the future. The owners were great to work with prior to our destination dates and were willing to answer any questions that we had during our stay. The property was spotless when we arrived. The kids loved the hot tub onsite as well as the ping pong/fussball tables. Highly recommended place to say for a short family getaway!
