This property is hard to find, initially. It is located on a very new road which isn't recognized by Apple Maps. The property manager sent us a link via Google Maps, but it took us down several miles of gravel and then left us in the middle of the road with no houses in sight. Another person in our party got the link to work for him and he had to come find us and escort us to the property. This will become a non-issue once the road is recognized by more navigation apps. However, it would help A LOT to add directions from 14a.

There was almost no water pressure in the showers. This was the worst part of our stay. We had 12 people and showers took a very long time. We were also freezing cold because almost no water came out of the shower heads. With all of the nice properties in this neighborhood, the shower pressure will very much affect if people choose to stay here or elsewhere. I would definitely address this if I were the owner.

The property is VERY nice otherwise. There was an incredibly ample supply of hot tub towels, bath towels, blankets and pillow. We were very impressed with this as these things always seem to be in low supply.

We had a hard time connecting to some of the TV's in the bedrooms as other reviews have stated, but we just didn't watch tv in those rooms. The main living room TV didn't have any issues.

Very comfortable and well equipped, was a distance from clubhouse (didn’t make use of the facility) water pressure was very low and access to hot water took several minutes! Housekeeping was not through...need to replace stained comforter and clean prior guests face imprints from the windows and attach towel racks to the wall.

We had an amazing stay at Ringing Rock! What a beautiful house that was well stocked with everything we needed, private, and still close to essentials. Thank you for making our family vacation filled with laughs and memories to last a lifetime!

Our stay could not have been more perfect! This home is absolutely beautiful. I have never been in a vacation home that was so well equipped and supplied, from extra sheets and blankets, to Keurig pods, spices, condiments, etc. The large gathering spaces inside and outside were perfect for our group of 10 people. A very quiet, serene space with top notch amenities. The hot tub was clean and hot, with ample beachtowels to use with it or the pool, which we did not use. We appreciated parking all 3 of our cars in the large garage. The zero entry and access to main floor was much appreciated by our guest with mobility constraints. A notebook explaining everything was availablTto peruse. It is a brand new house in a brand new subdivision, so a little tricky to find, but definetly doable. Hands down the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at, 10/10!!
