Powder Eclipse is a great option for guests looking for a perfect one-level property with an open floor plan, great for entertaining. The main living area is seamlessly connected to the large kitchen with kitchen island, dining area, and walk-out patio. Everything comes together for a great space to enjoy spending time with your company. The well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals during your visit, and there's seating around the kitchen island for friends to gather. The living area has a flat-screen TV along with a gas fireplace, along with a wall full of windows with a peaceful forest setting. From the living/dining room, there is a walk out partially covered patio complete with a gas grill for those Summer meals outside, an outdoor table for 6 and a hot tub under the stars! There are 3 total bedrooms all on the one level, along with 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. One of the best parts is the multi-use oversized 2-car garage with another fridge, TV, darts board, and seating area.

Outside you'll love the longer driveway with room for trucks/trailers, and you're within walking distance to both the overflow parking area, and the local Powder House Pass clubhouse complete with a heated pool, pool table, and shuffleboard! You can be on the ATV and snowmobile trails within minutes from the property and ride to your hearts desire!

Deadwood is just 15 minutes away, and taxi's do service the area, if you're looking for some great nightlife at the casino, restaurants, or one of the fun-filled events scheduled year-around. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon with rim-rock canyon walls is just a 10 minute drive where you can enjoy some great fly fishing for trout, a hike, or take in the multiple waterfalls. Within just an hour drive, you can also be enjoying Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Black Elk Peak, Keystone, Mount Rushmore, or even taking in the beauty of Devils Tower! The location is centralized within so many fun activities the Black Hills have to offer.
