We enjoyed the Kozy Kave for a family reunion. The large hot tub was amazing. The garage had extra chairs and tables. Lots of seating at the bar and table. We enjoyed how spacious and beautiful thus house is.

We have stayed at this particular house several times and like it. It is getting a bit dated and needs some minor attention, but we plan to stay again next year. Kitchen needs new coffee makers, cutting boards, dishrags and towels. Toys mostly broken and need to be tossed. Minor stuff though, house suits our needs very well.

It’s was amazing house! It’s was very clean and had everything you would need to make your stay easy. Kitchen fully stock with plates and glasses.

It was an amazing time. This house has an amazing large upstairs room with bunks and a big bed for our children. Loved the roomy living room and kitchen. They do have a few repairs that could be done like the broken couch recliners. But we have been to this property twice and we’re very satisfied.

The house was great for a group of 11 adults. The kitchen is well stocked (except for wine glasses) and there are plenty of dishes for a large group. Loved the 2 refridgerators!

The home was perfect for our vacation. The location provided short drives to all the destinations we wanted to visit. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the open living area was perfect for a large group. We had a great time sitting around the large dining room table, eating and visiting together.

The overall house was clean and the fireplace was a bonus. The contact person was friendly, helpful and returned our emails quickly!

The home was very spacious. Lots of room for the family of 12. The biggest problem that I have in locating a vacation home is enough bathrooms. The baths and bedrooms in this home is very nice and enough for 6 couples to have their own.

This cabin is beautiful. Had everything we needed to cook family meals, hot tub was nice, Bedrooms where nice all of them had tv’s, walk in showers, lots of closet space. Sitting out on the Balcony was very nice we even spotted some deer. There is even a full service grocery store near by. Beautiful Spearfish Canyon, and Deadwood not far away. Great customer service. I would recommend

We had a group of 19 and this place had all the room we needed and never felt crowded. Bed/Bath setups were fantastic and the upstairs was absolute perfection as we had 8 kids! It was clean and well stocked. Good location. We would 100% stay here again if we needed a place for a group this big! Thanks so much for helping make our family vacation so comfortable and memorable.

The house was wonderful & fit our large group perfectly! There was room for 7 motorcycles & a corvette with plenty of room to move around in the garage.

Kozy Kave is a beautiful home and was enjoyed by all 20 of us! The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook meals in-house, pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware etc. There was enough space for all of us to sit down and eat at once which was really nice, plus extra space on the deck as well. Plenty of room in driveway for 6 vehicles and 3 trailers, and nice to have garage to park ATV's in. Our group of 20 split time between ATV trails, hiking, sightseeing, cave tour, Bear Country, Reptile Gardens and Mt Rushmore which are all within an hour of the house.
Having the bunk beds split between more rooms would be very helpful. Buddy is top notch to work with and promptly answered my text message questions we had upon arrival. Would definitely rent this home again and stay longer!

Our group of 6 couples loved this place! We had stayed at Powder Keg nearby prior and this was our favorite. Suited our needs perfectly. 4 stars for maintenance because in a lower level bedroom, the bedframe and headboard were loose and didn't support the mattress. Didn't figure out the problem till checkout to report, but hope it was fixed before next guests came in. 4 stars for property management disconnect on not checking paperwork till 24 hours before check-in, but it was an easy fix and all was well. Glad we brought an extra coffee maker cuz one doesn't do it. A fire pit with seating would be a nice addition, emergency medical info posted on fridge for quick reference and is there no recycling done or a drop off somewhere? A great time was had and certainly recommend this place. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful home - perfectly designed. And wonderful location for launching day trips. SO many things to enjoy close by. The only nitpick/quibble we found....VERY slow Internet speeds for the home’s WiFi. Overall - GREAT place. Highly recommend.

Our family met up for the perfect little family trip. There was plenty to do near the home, and it was well equipped to handle many family meals. The house was in immaculate condition.

I brought a group of 50 people to the area, we stayed in 3 of the homes in this neighborhood, managed by the same company. I have rented numerous homes from VRBO, always happy, but these homes are top notch-very beautiful and functional. There is also a lot to do in the northern part of the Black Hills area. We had a great experience.

Loved the paved roads to house. Easy access to ATV trails. Only about 1 mile to Lead golf course and 2 miles to Rec Springs. 4 stars due to new construction so the yard was just dirt. Also only 1 garbage can onsite, but told management and they were going to take care of it. Otherwise the inside was brand new and awesome fit for our 5 couple and 6 kids!

This house was beautiful, meticulously designed, beautifully furnished and an oasis for our three families who stayed there. We did not want to leave. We had six kids with us ranging in age from 11-19 and each of them were thrilled with it. We adults loved our own master suites, the kitchen stocked with everything one might need, plus more! We want to come back!! Thank you so much!
