Our 3 families had a wonderful time. The cabin provided good space for each family to have their own area as well as their own bathroom which can be very helpful with young children. The layout of the dining area and kitchen worked well and had plenty of room for all of us at family meals. We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of the area. We appreciated that there were only a few ATVs on the area and that people were careful to drive slowly and were not noisy. Management replied quickly to any emails we sent or questions we had.

A beautiful space with beautiful surroundings! Access to the clubhouse pool was a bonus! We enjoyed plenty of room to spread out and relax as well as planning our day together at the breakfast table and coming together as a family and enjoying time at the dinner table followed by game time downstairs every evening.

The cabin was beautiful, lots of room, but yet cozy enough for togetherness. The cabins in the subdivision are very close together though, so if you're looking for a remote get away, this isn't it. but highly recommend for a family get away.

The cabin was clean & just how it was described. The customer service was quick and friendly. If you go down to the Mt. Rushmore area, drive the entire Needles Highway. You will not be sorry. It was our most favorite thing that we did while we were there. The food at the Sled Haus was delicious, but take cash. Wonderland Cave isn't worth the stop. Watch for deer! We almost hit several.

Couches are not sleeping couches
If sleeping and privacy are your thing, only room for 8 to sleep in beds.
Otherwise cabin amenities were great.

The pictures make this place look great, but even those dont do justice. Every single person in our hard-to-please group loved the property and its location. It was clean, full stocked and plenty of space to spread out. It's also close to a walking trail down off the main road.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Three brothers and their wives stayed here and toured the gorgeous area in the Black Hills. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were perfect for us. It's very close to the market in town but yet out in the woods with wildlife all around. Had trouble with the coffee pot and a new one showed up at our doorstep within hours. I would definitely recommend this location and will come back.

The cabin was rustic and perfect for the area. Loved the chairlift porch swing. Well appointed. The grandchildren were very disappointed that the Ms Pacman machine did not work. We left a message with the rental agency. They said they would contact the owners. We never received a reply! This was one of the reasons we chose this cabin. Parking was a bit tight. We had a large pickup with an enclosed trailer and had to park at the lodge parking lot. If you wish to bring a motorcycle into this development check with the rental agency as some of the driveways are very steep and only graveled. Even with care could still be dangerous. Overall we had a good experience.

Our two children & our 5 grandchildren stayed at the property while we celebrated the life of our parents, who we put to rest at the BH National Cemetery. My four other sisters & theilr families were at other properties. We enjoyed our stay immensely & may consider renting again. The house was perfect for the 11 of us - didn’t get in each other’s way. Had trouble with the tv, but found out that the previous guests had disconnected the cable to watch dvd’s, some sleuthing helped us figure this out. Only complaint we had was that the patio screen was torn & a small squirrel came inside to visit, but a scream from me sent him scurrying back outside. Written guest comments talked about the same “visitor”!

We had a great time and the cabin was perfect! Only one thing I would recommend is that the weeds be cut around the entrance of the steps and driveway.Lots of thistles!! Otherwise just perfect!!

Beautiful cabin up in the hills outside of lead! Looked brand new, the cabin, furniture, accessories, everything was in great shape. Came fully furnished with everything you could think of. We were trying to get to deadwood and all the cabs were full and the owner happened to be driving by and offered us a ride. Just an all around great experience!

Couple of exterior things. The garbage can area had several pieces of wood with nails sticking up, a set up for stepping or falling on. The weeds around hot tub area tall unkept. No step to get into the hot tub?
Would I return, absolutely!! Just a couple of recommendations.
